We love Sienna Ridge! These apartment homes are single story. The community reminds me of a subdivision. The grounds are maintained nicely. The staff is incredible! I am in the hospitality industry and can be particular but they exceed my expectations. The few maintenance requests I have had are taken care of same day or the next. The guys are so friendly and courteous. When I email any of the leasing staff I get an immediate response. When we first moved in they had a welcome basket with items you actually use! A few months back there was a water main break that disrupted service in some of the buildings so they delivered water to those without, very impressive. When it’s time to renew your lease there is no notice slipped under your door, they send you a nice letter in the mail. All those little touches they do go a long way. It’s peaceful here. I can see us staying here forever!
